Depending on one’s inherent anatomy, genetics, skin type, and ethnic & cultural heritage — beauty can mean something different to every individual. That is why Dr. Chang attentively listens to her patient’s aesthetic desires to customize a plan that specifically meets their goals.

She then received her medical education from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Here she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, a national honor reserved for those in the top of the graduating medical school class.

  • She completed her combined general surgery and plastic and reconstructive training at the University of Pennsylvania and was chosen to serve as chief resident during her final year of training. During this time, Dr. Chang was able to learn from illustrious and academically distinguished mentors, pioneers, and leaders in all fields of plastic surgery.
